Make your commitment to achieving sensible immigration policy today.
We demand nothing less from our elected leaders than immigration policy which will result in effective reforms, lawful enforcement, and government accountability. For over 27 years, NumbersUSA has fought and won many immigration stabilization battles. We fully intend to win more! But we need your on-going financial support in addition to your activism. Please give generously . Let it be YOU and NumbersUSA together who rest easy knowing we did all we can in support of economic fairness for the most vulnerable American workers, and for safeguarding the nature and open spaces that support a high quality of life for people and wildlife.
DonateNumbersUSA Action Inc., non-tax-deductible
This non-profit organization pays for ongoing expenses supporting our Immigration Grade Cards, Candidate Comparisons, the website messaging system to Congress referred to as the "Action Board", placing constituency pressures on Congress and state legislatures, and for direct lobbying for legislation consistent with our mission. (NOTE: This DOES NOT involve any campaign contributions and NumbersUSA does NOT endorse candidates.) If you do not itemize deductions on your tax return, our preference is that you choose to donate to NumbersUSA Action (501c4.) The IRS allows you to deduct donations made to a "c3" organization but not to a "c4" organization. Support for the NumbersUSA Action is our greatest need. Please visit the Legacy Giving link below to learn more about how an Estate Plan gift can also be a great way to support the Action fund!
NumbersUSA Education & Research Foundation, tax-deductible
This non-profit organization pays for Capitol Hill legislative analysis and information, audio-visual content, as well as, educational tools and resources such as our Sprawl Studies, public presentations, and our work with the mass media. If you itemize deductions on your tax returns, including donations made through planned giving vehicles such as donor-advised funds, qualified minimum distributions from a retirement account, a charitable gift annuity or trust, then NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation is an appropriate fund to receive such donations. Both NumbersUSA Action (c4) and NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation (c3) are nonpartisan and nonprofit organizations. Please visit the Legacy Giving link below to learn more about how an Estate Plan gift can also be a great way to support the NumbersUSA Education & Research!

Funding & Accountability
NumbersUSA is a nonprofit organization. As such, we rely entirely on the generosity of our donors, mostly individuals, and many of whom give small amounts between $10-$100.
NumbersUSA Action (501c4) is ineligible for public foundation grant support and so its success is entirely due to the commitment made by individual donors giving one-time or recurring monthly cash and credit card donations or in their Will and Estate Plan.
NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation (501c3) is tax-deductible and receive support from both individuals and a few foundations, as well as from donors giving through legacy type gifts such as family trusts, donor-advised funds, charitable gift annuities, and retirement distributions, etc.
Year after year, we are proud to report that NumbersUSA meets all of the accountability standards requirements of the Better Business Bureau, including for independent members of a Board of Directors and for independent audits.
NumbersUSA earns consistent, yearly top ratings from independent watchdogs such as Charity Navigator, GuideStar, Charity Navigator, Combined Federal Campaign, and Independent Charities of America.
NumbersUSA is fully committed to the protection and safeguarding of the privacy of donor information. We do not share or sell this information with external third parties.
